Reservations

Reservations can only be made on our site.

After making a reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, the reservation is not registered, and you should either try again, or get in touch via contact@logiclocks.com

Cancellations

Up to 72 hours before your game, it is free to cancel or move your booking. We can refund you, or give you a voucher to make a new booking.
If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before your game, refunds are no longer possible, we can reschedule your booking at a cost of €50,-

If you cancel less than 24 hours before starting time, refunds or rescheduling are no longer possible.

Logic Locks retains the right to cancel or change any appointment up to 24 hours before the booking. In case Logiclo Locks has to cancel (with the exception of force majeur) the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.

The Experiences

When you participate in one of Logic Locks experiences, you understand that you're not doing an everyday activity. Participating is at your own risk.

Age

Children of age 16 and under will only be allowed to participate under the guidance of a parent or family member of 18 years or older.

Confidentiality

The fun of escape games is solving the puzzles. Grant your friends this experience and tell them about yours, but don't tell the secrets. Consider yourself sworn to secrecy.

 

Alcohol / Drugs

Being under the influence of drugs- and/or alcohol is prohibited during the game. Logic Locks retains the right to refuse service in case of visible intoxication. 

 

If at the start of or during the game an employee of Logic Locks doubts the condition of a participant, they have the right to refuse admission or remove this person from the experience without compensation. It's your responsibility to have a fully sharp and sober team, even on weekend nights.

 

But please take note: misbehavior when not intoxicated is also not tolerated and can be met with the same consequences.
